TIME:	Check-In 6:30 AM - 7:30 AM
	Putting and Chipping Contests 7:00 AM - 7:45 AM
	Shotgun Start - 8:00 AM
COURSE:	*LONGWOOD GOLF CLUB* 13300 Longwood Trace Cypress, TX 77429

FORMAT:	Four person scramble
DIVISION I:	Class A, B, C, and D player on each team chosen by average score or handicap.
DIVISION II:	Submitted teams.

1st , 2nd, and 3rd place trophies will be given for both divisions.

ENTRY:	$ 65.00 entry fee per person (no refunds)
	Includes green fee, cart, range balls, continental breakfast, and lunch
DEADLINE:	Thursday, May 13, 2010
MULLIGAN:	$5.00 each - max 4 per team
DINNER GUESTS:	$20.00 per person, dinner guests must be registered on the entry form
	Longwood Golf Club requires appropriate golf attire and golf etiquette. Soft spikes please.
